The Battle Of Love Poem by Kane Rodney

The Battle Of Love

They say love is like a war
And you'll come out feeling sore,
But you are all that I adore
And for you I'd become a soldier
And keep fighting till the world was in smolders.
I'd take the bruises and scar on the chin
because giving up on you would be the worst sin
It would be my only regret
The one wound I could never forget
Because you are the greatest person I have ever met!
you're always on my mind
the only think I want from you is more time.
More time to laugh and to talk
More to cry and to walk,
Walk wherever the wind blows
Walk where there is only one thing I know,
And that is how much I love you.
