The Beach Poem by Muhammad Anis

The Beach

Rating: 3.5

The sunlight glitters against the sea,
The ocean a mix of white and blue,
As far as the eye could see,
Were waves rolling up in cue.

The sand was like a scorching furnace,
A fiery blend of pearly-grey,
All the kids want to embrace,
The coolness of the gently rushing waves,
Under the shade of a tall palm tree.
