The Big Bang Poem by Molefi Kau

The Big Bang

To the laymen the BIG BANG
Was just a plane crash
Way out near a distant star

And all the ill-fated occupants
Were aliens of no particular origin
From whom Cain had sought refuge
After committing the first crime
Their captain, a decorated toad
Came highly recommended
Imagine the shock
On their shape shifting faces
When he announced the engine had failed
To hold its own load
So they held tight on their seats
As they went for a spin
