The Boy Without A Name Poem by tobi adeoye

The Boy Without A Name

There was a boy
An invisible boy
He was not bright
For nobody wanted him
The sound of his name rang curses
He was thrown into an eternity of nothingness,
The sorrow and emptiness he endured filled him like a balloon
The only voice he made was a hiss like a venomous snake
Yet the sorrow and emptiness I saw as innocence,
And that was it,
In his eyes,
In his skin,
In everything he did,
All I saw was his innocence.
