The Bully Poem by Anonymous Person

The Bully

Just joined this new school
There stood this bully
Heard she was a pick-me
Such a big freaky!

Just met the principal
She was so sweet
If they called her an angel
I would totally agree.

The well-known principal
The principal with fame
Sadly had to walk with her daughter
The daughter with shame.

Saw her hanging out with the boys
Snickering and laughing
The boys clearly hated her
But sadly could do nothing.

Witnessed my friend, targeted with taunts
By the big bully, bearing cruel haunts
Mocked by the school and the school's laughing stock
She wished in solitude to turn into a solid rock.

Stayed firm for my friend against the bully's might
While being judged by all those in sight
Unswayed by judgement, my resolve stayed strong
Only a genuine apology could right the wrong.

Against the bully's sneer, I held my ground
Words clashing like thunder, echoing around
'I'll crush you, ' she sneered, her voice like a knife
But I met her gaze, unafraid of her strife.

'You're nothing but a coward, ' I boldly replied
My voice was steady with conviction applied
The bully's laughter echoed, scorn in her eyes
But I stood tall refusing to compromise.

'Your words don't scare me, ' I declared with a sigh
'For truth and justice, I'll never comply'
Our words like daggers, in a verbal fray
But I stood firm undeterred by her display.

Firm, I stood my ground
Unwavering in her stance
As the bully's bravado faltered
A loss in the dance.

Led her to her mother
The principal with fame
There stood her daughter
The daughter with shame.

Her mother stern and resolute met her gaze
Displeased by her actions in a critical phase
Anger simmered, she complained
For her daughter's actions, her heart deeply pained.

'I'm truly sorry, ' she humbly confessed
Kneeling in contrition, her soul distressed
With sincerity in her voice, she sought redemption
Begging forgiveness for every transgression.

To all those she hurt, her words sincere
A plea for mercy amidst her fear
With every breath, a prayer for grace
Seeking solace in forgiveness' embrace.

Since then she's changed
For now, she's everybody's friend
She's made some best friends
Including my best friend.
