I love men and women,
elders and kids.
That's my cross on body,
that's my way to bliss.
From right to left shoulder,
and from head to bottom:
I love men and women,
as kids and old men.

Я люблю мужчин, женщин,
стариков, детей, -
вот мой крест на теле,
путь благословен.
Вдоль плеча налево,
ото лба и вниз -
всех мужчин и женщин,
как дитя-старик.

You are using the word Desire in recent poetry and I get the sense you are refining its meaning to make it fit with Orthodox belief. I take this poem to be an expression of the force which imbues desire with Orthodox belief and that force is ALTRUISM = a holistic expression of love which eliminates selfishness and expresses a divine embrace of all people. In doing this, I think you think you have successfully transcended the negative connotations of the word and rendered it sacred. The line THAT'S MY WAY TO BLISS puts the whole issue of desire in the context of Salvation, not indulgence. Your Cross is also a Ladder going up into Heaven! !
