I always knew you had love for me
I always knew you cared.

I guess, it was hard to understand the depth of that though
because contact was periodic
Limited
and in the years,
you never came.

Maybe that's why this waiting was also so difficult throughout,
Regardless of trust, faith and knowing...
Somewhere there lived a little bit of worry.
