The Day Stephen Flew Poem by Jerry Ukaigwe

The Day Stephen Flew

I knew when Stephen smiled
For it lit the room far and wide
Down to hearts far a mile

I don't know if Stephen cried
For he was tough and strong a guy
Endowed with steel and hide

Then I saw Stephen fly
As hangman neared and neighed
Into His hands of high
