The Days Are Far Too Long
The days are far too long for me to fill
And solitude is no protection now
The nights are even longer still somehow
And sleep no longers answers to my will
There was a time I used to dream until
The stars had long since faded from the sky
But now I wake with darkness in my eye
My dreams all fail me and always will
