The Dead End Poem by Katherine Barnett

The Dead End

Rating: 5.0

I walk along a dead end road,
Alone and tired, but not afraid.
For it is not towards the end I am walking;
I walk away from it, retracing my steps,
Leaving the dead end behind me.
