The Departed Poem by boy nameless

The Departed

1)
There he sat so close to her face
So much he feels, so little he said,
The more the clock ticks, the more she fades,
He's wishing if the departure could be delayed

He gripped her hand, never to let go,
with the impression he held on to her soul,
she feels so tired cos life tells her so,
a point where nothing is within control,

And so they shared their final words,
each letter heavy, each alphabet in bold,
each word penetrates him like a fiord,
he started trembling her battered hands felt so cold,

2)
And he said 'life changes with the throw of the die,
and who do I trust when the world is made of lies? ',
She replied 'look with your heart and not your eyes,
cos the things you see could be in disguise'

His heart was filled with anger, the skies painted red,
'how do I build when everything is to abate? ',
she whispered ' only when you destroy the desire to hate,
can you have the power to create,

something beautiful and true.. you need to rise above,
you need to feel free and set your wings free like a dove,
you were born from a thing called love,
as such you should carry on with love'.

1)
And so her wings started to unfold,
a warmth started running to her toes,
suddenly she did not feel so old,
she started to fly but he just froze,

a tear trickled down his cheek,
he ll soon learn about the world and the lies
his vision started to blur, his knees, weak
he ll wake up to the world..his alchemist
