The Dim Light Poem by Andre Brown

The Dim Light

In a cold, dark world we strive,

to endure this endless night called our lives,

in the heavens a dim light's twinkle shines,

upon the eyes of those who seek to find,

hope...

Even as the sun departs at dusk,

in a dim light we trust,

to guide us as 3 kings once,

by faith journied into the unknown,

with a dim light revealing the path shown,

wolves cry to the moon,

in the darkness as its dim light shines bright,

reminding them that soon,

the sun will return with warmth and light,

for many their dim light lies,

within their hearts as it shines,

it gives others hope.. that binds,

one to another,

and like a moth in the dark they follow,

loves light..

Burning for the sake of tomorrow.
