Clever juxtaposition of dowfall and helium. I'm not sure how far you a reaching but your poem carries over to reflections on other things that have downsides too:
a second on the cleverness of the helium/downfall juxtaposition. All in all this is a solid examination of the fleeting wonder of childhood, well-crafted and evocative.
