The Drop - Poem by Andrew Evans

I'm sitting here waiting
I'm waiting here watching
You'll never understand why I cry
You'll never understand why I die
I'm not depressed
I'm just repressed
By this love you forced me in
For this Hate that makes me sin
I can never be with you cause your only a memory
As I fall down this hole
this deep dark drop
I see there's no going back
If only I could see thru a crack
this blackness consumes me it's all I have left
it's all you left me when you commited this theft
I can't say I love you cause we'd both know that's a lie
All I can do now is cry and wait for the bottom so I can die
