You are the warm kiss of the Sun on a rainy day
And the feeling of the soft, warm water droplet
Which balances the weather, perfectly halfway
I burn for it to envelop me for always
Now fallen on my finger, I raise a droplet
Glimmering in the sun, it speaks like a prophet
That scintillating gleam is what I see in your eyes
Its shine holds me captive and stowed from life's lies
As I continue my walk through the softened grass
A puddle here or there, my eye stays on the gleam
Forever, what may come, will eventually pass
In my soul, the kiss of the Sun will always beam
