The Eagle fly's, The Eagle lands, and never shows emotions.
For The Eagle is real strong at heart, lets go easily of all devotions.
He flies real high up in the sky, and glides, his shadow on the clouds.
The Eagle leads a solitary life, avoids the mixed up crowds.
But when he's down and injured, he's looking for affection.
But because he's stayed away so long, he seeks but finds no connection.
He brings himself back to reality and takes himself away.
He cry's out loud, but no one hears, a loner he shall stay.
He's King again, feels high and mighty. Finally he's free at last.
All his pain and suffering has drifted off into the past.
He thinks of what just happened, he thought it would never end.
He thinks of how alone he was, He wished he had a friend.
This poem could go on forever, until it is hurting me.
But that's ok, I'll end it here, 'cause The Eagle lives for an eternity.
