The Eastern Promise Poem by Talem G. W.

The Eastern Promise

I can hear the wind
as it blows from the East.
The trees sway
left and right
under the dull Moonlight

I can hear the sea, too;
as the waves swim from the East
Splashing, Crashing;
The great waters rise up
and fall again upon the shore.

Behold!
See, in the Eastern Sky,
the Sun now rises,
Bright and Glorious;
A Promise
to the West.
