The Emotion Mosaic Poem by Louis Kalman

The Emotion Mosaic

Rating: 5.0

The mind, as I figure, can be described as a mosaic,
and each emotion overlaps, and each have a special color,
like red is flame, or innocence and happiness is cyan;
but each has a pallor contradicting one or another.

A man told me, if I was to become some insane mannequin,
I would not remember these moments in their purity,
and it seems unfathomable I could become a man again;
because time is a nexus, and I say this with surety:
that a man can find cyan in the depths of a river,
and in the inflamed sunset one can discover a sinner.

Because the color our mind registers, it's simply reflections.
So who would've thought the world was sending a message?

Insanity; check in.
