The End Poem by Faustina Marie

The End

Sharp words can't hurt me now

Your jabs and edges
Fall
Unheard

I am better

Humanity? Compassion?
Civility?
You forgot

The walls you tore down with me
Resurrected more specifically

You have no right
You had no right
and Now you have no chance

I'm stronger now
You're weaker still

The lessons have been learned

The pieces of my heart you took,
The sanity you stole;
You need them more than me

I am strong
and I refuse
To be
Abused
