The Endless Delay Poem by Engin Kavrak

The Endless Delay

What has delayed you to caress my mind
To show me teeth of smile
Where I was brought in my dreams
I was never able to find

And still it's heart pangs and I hear
My bird's wings move so I wear
I pass through the flow of the mystic mirror

Thus gush me out at the borders' fertility
Ready with the currents to be taken into oblivion infinity
Do you hear these ruins moan?
Of my breath at the brink vocalize
Through the vespertine a trace
My grin suddenly gets victimized
Shatter to flow into a many place
My senses your tiny caresses realise
At the brink on about to sink I suffer indignity
Shallow to be out fear to be stinged by a many bee
As the stars as your eyes and many lies that you see
I suffer but on the move I never falter
For the best in your name that I bend it to be
As the clouds move by your windy fire
And the stars and the sky are in peace forever
A burning heart falters never
And the grey shine into a fraction line
A trail fine and the neverending decline
Of my passage into your line keeps panging forever
