The Eyes Of Others Poem by Timmy Curran

The Eyes Of Others

She said she loves the sound of rain
She´d love it more if he came
He reminds her of her dead brother
But he´s got eyes for others

He said he loves a cool sea breeze
He love it more with good company
and he needs her so badly
But she´s got eyes for others

She says she loves the sound of laughter
Can you tell me who doesn´t?
She would die to be his lover,
but he´s got eyes for others

He says the world is cold and empty
Says that´s the feeling that´s aplenty
He says his days are a winter and she brings on the summer
but she´s got eyes for others
