The Eyes Of Time Always Wonder On Poem by James Darwin Smith II

The Eyes Of Time Always Wonder On

Rating: 5.0

The eyes of time always wonder on
Mocking or stalking
Hitting or missing
Loving then leaving
In the end of each cycle
Always making me stronger
Through right and wrong
The eyes of time always wonder on

Something new or old
Forward and back
Changing directions, against or obliged
Reversing each step of the way
Yet, always staying in tact,

In fact Knowledge is the key
That I firmly believe
Through pain and pleasure
White and black
Through all different colors
Like a rainbow that rains out gold

The eyes of time always wonder on
Through storms and darkness
Till the sun shines with grace
Beaming upon a grateful state
Measuring each of the progress that I have made

Coming or going
Stuck or almost empty
The travels of my life
Serves a bigger purpose someway somehow

Confusions, Illusions
Correlating into destitution
Only to teach each moment a lesson
So I can cherish all the best that is yet to come

The eyes of time always wonder on
No predictions in sight
The unknown is always a great muse
A destiny to always look forward to
No matter what is right and what is wrong

Through lessons taught by life
The eyes of time always wonder on

Before the good there is always the bad
Worst to the best
It is all about strength
Deep within my very chest

The eyes of time always wonder on
Those who can never understand
Can never be wrong
Those who are always right will always venture in spite

Unpredictable indeed
The eyes of time that always wonder on

Knowledge is free
It has no price at all

A unified epiphany
The eyes of time that always wonder on

Wonders are made
When a plural is saved
United into many
Only to unite as one

Dreamers, Innovators, Philosophizers
Are the glasses
To the eyes that always wonder on

See the signs, the visions
As they stand right in front of you

Be the eyes that always wonder on
Through sacrifice all right will destroy all wrong

Unify, be the eyes of time that always wonder on

Ponder on then you will always be strong
