The Falling Poem by Tyton Toste

The Falling

Upon this earth;
Once we appear,
We know not love,
And we know not tear.

We know nothing,
Nothing at all.
But as the years pass,
We see things fall.

On the way down;
Those things hush,
Accepting the blow
As a final crush.

We get used to it,
We get used to this
Taunt and madness.
And ignore evil's kiss.

But i say this:
I say we don't.
Don't ignore it,
Make it demote!

Take it in,
Express it all;
Express your life
Or it will fall.
