The Farmer Poem by Uzoeghelu Princess Adaeze Jael

The Farmer

Walking down the street of cole
Was a farmer with a hoe
In his bid to cross a pole
He fell straight into a hoe
Down went the hoe and cut his toe
What shall he do to be whole?
To prevent mockery from his foe

Let him go to his master
To bind the wound with a plaster
To avoid getting a blister
Then he can walk home faster
