The Fire Has Been Put Out... Again Poem by Harsh Reality

The Fire Has Been Put Out... Again

Rating: 4.0

Confusion set in my mind,
Invisible ropes bind me.
Expectations gag me,
No-one to trust.

Friends turn acquaintances,
Lovers fade.
Pressures and targets,
Broken blood promises.

Disappointments of the greatest,
Me.

A light in the dark,
Three candles.
One blue; one green,
And one Fiery red.

Return the blaze to the furniss,
Light the skies.
Bring warmth and comfort,
Security.

Blue - understanding,
Green - excitement and will.
Red - Hot Passion; motivation - life.

Three witches; three musketeers,
Three candles...

Lead the way.
Light the fire.
Let us burn.
