The First Kiss Poem by Agreat Kisser

The First Kiss

It’s late
We sit opposite each other
Slightly drunk
We laugh
We talk
We lean forward
Chemistry exchanged
Concentrate on each others eyes
We know something will happen
One of us leans forward more
Can’t remember who
Eyes close
Lips part
Like magnets
Their power attracting
Irresistible
Cannot pull away
Your smell overpowers
Body heat
Silence
Lips slightly open
Moist
Full
We move together
Hovering
Breath warm
Heartbeat raised
Breathing faster
Inhaling as you exhale
Intense
Touching
Just touching
No pressure
Gentle
Feeling your way
Not daring to go further
Touching
Longer
Wanting
Holding back
Tongue waiting close by
Slight tickle
Sensitive
Delicious flavours
Unseeing
Senses alert
Imagination
Body responding
Holding back
Who will move first
Desperate to commit
But oh so good
Restraint
Pressure comes
More urgency
Tilt sideways
Tongues touch
Still gentle
Moisture
A slight smile
A sound
Mmmmm
Enjoyment
Triggers more pressure
Mouths open tongues touch
Hands move
Body responds
Breath together
More pressure lips still soft
Tongues touch explore mouths
Eyes half open
Eyes half closed
Deep breath
Break off
Smile
See
Grin
Lips touch for a second time
Enjoyment
Mmmmmmm
We should do this again!
