The First Question Poem by Donald Abonyi

The First Question

Rating: 5.0

It came
Due to knowledge of self
Loss of connections within
The mind of doubts

Falling to the cunnings
Of the mother of all cuns
Lost of touch with the source
From where we all came

Left on his own
To till the soil
Staying a little time
In a place meant forever

Searching for peace
In a mind full of doubts
To be cleared
In a time unknown to all

On such time
Peace will be seen in all
Love will abound
And questions will be in the past

In such times
I can read your thoughts
You are mine
Forever, we shall be.
