The First Time I See You Poem by Champ Dela Cruz

The First Time I See You

The first time I see you, my heart skips a beat,
Your presence, so captivating and sweet.
Like a spring breeze, you enter the room,
I'm drawn to you, like a moth to a bloom.

Your smile, a beacon that lights up my day,
It takes my breath away, come what may.
In your eyes, a sparkle, a world to explore,
With every glance, I want to know more.

The first time I see you, time seems to stand still,
A mesmerizing moment, a thrill of goodwill.
Your voice, a melody that soothes my soul,
Like a symphony, it makes me feel whole.

In your laughter, joy and magic intertwined,
It paints a picture, vivid and kind.
When I first see you, uncertainty fades,
Your presence fills my life with cascades.

The first time I see you, I feel something true,
A connection that only deepens and grew.
You touch my heart with a gentle embrace,
And in that moment, nothing can replace.

The first time I see you, my world lights up bright,
With hope and love, shining so bright.
You are the sun to my moon, the stars above,
And with you, I've found my truest love.
