The Five Senses Poem by Poet2

The Five Senses

I cannot see You, but I know You're there -
I feel Your presence in the air.
I cannot hear You, but Your voice I know -
It speaks to my heart and calms my soul.
I cannot touch You, but You hold my hand
You encircle me with Your angel band.
I cannot taste You, but You're on my lips -
Your name pills forth in poems and quips.
I cannot smell You, but I know Your scent -
It's sweet like the dew that's heaven-sent.
You gave me five senses, and in all of them
I experience You, my Eternal Friend.
