The Folly Of Friendship



I found him somewhere between joy and sadness
I indulge him though it is sheer madness
And like an ordinary fool I was,
Took him and held on him steadfast

I didn’ 't mean to love him
I didn’ 't mean to befriend him
But now it seems there'’ s no one else but him…

I said I will just stare
