The Forbidden Fruit Poem by Amanda Shelton

The Forbidden Fruit

With one fruit and a touch of a human hand
a fruit that life sprung as a flow in it's roots
She picked without haste with no regret
the serpent the Devil himself
used us through the sins of man
now we will know judgement
and the Devil will know no mercy from God's hand
