The Forest Of Unimaginative Things Poem by Anneliese Medina

The Forest Of Unimaginative Things

Luscious oak trees tall,
Extraordinary creatures fond of big and small
The Forest of Unimaginative things is fascinating
Seems to make me stay and lay, procrastinating
Deers, bears, birds and heard of wild sheep and butterflies are always here
Plants with such beautiful colours, clean water and ripe fruits near
Oh how can I be ever more grateful for this forest!
Danger always lurks around the corner everyday and everywhere
But I always protect the forest..but not always everywhere
The cave hides a hideous beast in the darkness, waiting to strike down on its prey that gets lost
It could be killed but that as well comes with a cost
