The Full Moon Is The Greatest Poetic Catalyst, America

Heinous memories are calcifying in the brain
A past delusion of murdered times
And hideous determinations:
The winged images married
To the ego’s eager eyes listlessly mutating
The terminology of the features
And the furniture of the voice
Grotesque and utterly deranged
Floating like a boiling poison in the subtle sea
Of conscious formulations and opinions,
Advertising accepted and engorged upon
To further rectify some eternal Karmic debt
Forging along through the endless star studded cosmos
Upon my back a whipped rider lashing,
Mercilessly a murderous monkey,
A second guessing conniver revolting and fortifying
Against a strong spine skeleton garden of Eden
Heaven wayward and lost from the shoulder blades
And cursed forever from the mind
Doomed to endless repetitions of the same toxic shame
Chemicals boiling and aching in universal vengeance;
A will that manifests itself through the flesh of man
And all the hopeless fearful death
Long nights looming insidiously for every new horizon
In assassin tears and ailing insufficient memories
Golden once but now rust corroding in car parks
Of the mind and junkyards of youthful Spirit Longing
Pissed upon by the insufficient armies of advertising,
The hope hanging squadrons of neon vipers:
Stewards of the TV bastions
Billeting across the organic Earthen universe
Narcotic intoxication and total debilitation
Of soul and God given human right to life
To action and dreams and imagination
All lost. so inconceivably born and founded
In this parallel universe of the infinite night
Shining! and blooming! like an implosive flower
Detrimental to itself in the core law
Of life feeding on death to live in cycles
Masterminded by what conscious entity beyond time
And illusion and this gross Samsara
Map of filthy excursions and rapes and wars
With one brilliant moment of human love
Locked in sweating arms panting among
The dark filament laden tapestry to propagate
In nerve twitch ecstasies of experience:
New born joy swallowed immediately
Into the ever resuming vegetation
The constant temporal experiment of life
The classroom of the cosmic intelligence test.
