I have seen the heart of your smiles words,
Feeling their real love life that reigns within
For I have felt the emotions which come forth
As they fall gently to paper from your pen

I have learned to really comprehend
The whole of your spirit that lives within
So when I happily receive each new arrival
I find my mind delighted as each poem begins

You have a talent and flair that is so wonderful
Which can really change the complexion of a day
A real genuine treasure that comes to smile quickly
Making a readers heart and mind to embrace and stay

Your words always seem to gently touch a mind
Massaging the deep wholesome fabric of many souls
For you write from your many life experiences
Which many who live in this world also know

It makes it so enjoyable to sit down and read
The thoughts which freely fall from your heart and mind
Because when one embraces their whole entirety
Most of your thoughts which you share also seem like mine

For as writers we are surely akin to each others spirit
Though our unique styles are not quite the same
But as my mind begins to hear your words voice
I need not to see your face as I know your pens name

So know and understand as you begin to write each day
