The Girl Poem by Kristina Tapayan

The Girl

Rating: 5.0

The Girl smiled and walked down the road
Posture straight, and shoulders broad
In her way she says a simple 'Hello! '
Never did she have a foe

She went to school and study hard
All her grades seem right up to standard
This Girl was also known for her kindness
And her exceptional smartness

A long, quiet journey to her home
Her thoughts here and there started to roam
She was indeed very happy
As far as her friends can see

The Girl strives hard at her class
Always aiming for her to pass
Her studying with her friends
No troubles at the very end

The girl immediately became shaky
Her feeling very wary
She cried and cried
For her soul and heart have died

The Girl has to know things she can't comprehend
Her mind wanted it all to end

The girl felt so useless
She felt so helpless
So, The Girl just grieved and grieve
Hoping for the pain to leave
