The Girl Who Speaks In Clichés - Poem by Ivana Valasik

The girl who only speaks
in clichés
stole my man from me

I guess
platitudes are more attractive
than a troubled mind
full of heavy thoughts

maybe if I spoke so trite
he wouldn't leave me
or I suppose
he would

Nevertheless... you are here... your words searching... touching... and finding their mark...
to hell with that girl... maybe's are only for fools, and you are definitely no fool. LOve Your words Ivana...; -)
