Why is the sky grey?
Does it go grey with sadness?
When it sees the world under it
It may wish to be a part of it,
So it goes gloomy and grey with sadness.
And cries it's life away.

Or does the sky go grey with age?
It gathers in the morning
And rumbles throughout the day
With its life ending as the sun sets
And it cries it's life away.

Maybe it goes grey to show love
So it can end it's life helping,
Feeding plants
And saving lives
So it cries it's life away.

The Sky is grey and Gloomy,
We know that
But we don't know why,
And still it cries it's life away
