In the realm of happiness, there are places that bring us joy,
Where our hearts feel light and worries we can deploy.
These happy places, they hold a special key,
Unlocking a world where we truly feel free.

In this journey of life, I sometimes lose my way,
And find myself burning out in the chaos of the day.
But that is not how I planned to be, my dear,
Dissatisfied and unhappy, longing for you to appear.

Yet amidst the challenges that life may bestow,
I seek refuge in the happy places I know.
A quiet corner with a book and a cup of tea,
Or a sunny beach where waves crash endlessly.

The happy place is not a physical space alone,
It resides within, a sanctuary I call my own.
It's where laughter echoes and worries subside,
Where my soul dances freely, like a gentle tide.

In the company of loved ones, I find solace and peace,
Their presence brings warmth and makes my worries cease.
In nature's embrace, I find tranquility and grace,
The rustling leaves whispering secrets that can't be erased.

So, let us embrace the happy places we hold dear,
For they bring us joy and wipe away every tear.
In these moments, we find the strength to carry on,
And create a life where happiness is never gone.

For even in the darkest times, we can find a ray,
A glimpse of the happy place that will light our way.
So, let us cherish these moments, both big and small,
And may our happy places be our refuge through it all.
