The Hidden Angel Poem by Bamisaye Adeniran

The Hidden Angel

Embarked on a quest
In search of a precious jewel
Praying that heaven will smile on me
And my search quest be a happy one.

Then you showed up from nowhere
Like a prisoner your appearance held me captive
Angel still exists!
Sure my sight is intact…

The white icons uncover their identity
Showing their importance
From end to end
Can’t hold this back.

From whence come this being.
This is my time
Sure ‘I can sense
I’ve got the guts to go for it.
