The Hostage - Poem by jan oskar hansen

The Hostage.

A man, in a small town in Texas,
robbed a bank; then stuck a gun
into his mouth and took himself
hostage. Outside, when asked to
free the hostage he took the gun
out to answer and was shot dead
by the sheriff
