Away she stole with all her charms
To where no one would see.
He'd bid her stay, once in his arms;
And, there true Love would be.
She could not take him by surprise,
He knew too well her heart.
Between the two came no disguise,
Yet, truth forced them apart.
Though, not before one perfect kiss
Upon her lips he'd lay;
Its ecstasy and purest bliss
Would never fade away.
Desire burns from years before
To taste those sweetened lips once more.
