When the dark night
Rushes into the horizon
of life

the stars unfold
Into empty spaces
As the night jewels
Behind the jealous moon

the cold trees whisper
as the world opens up
Through the rushing clouds
Roaming free
Into the forest
Into the mountains
Into that distant place

Where dreams are found
And happiness plays
Its sweet melody

and into that horizon of love
let us sing hymns of glory
for the lord
who was fair
in life and forever
