The Lord Is My Shepherd?
the Lord is my Shepherd
i shall not lack
well, good for david
lots of gals in his sack
and king!
and glory!
he and goliath
a brave, inspiring story
but as for me and many
we usually lack
God seems to turn his back
He favors some
and ignores the rest
some more 'chosen'
others not so blessed
well, i blame myself
for believing in words
like pie in the sky
you make your own luck
