VICTOR ESTRADA

The Lost Love

Why am I feeling this way
hallow and empty
like a space unoccupied
In the darkness of the night

I'm familiar with this feeling
but why am i worrying
why am i bothered
to this to go any further

I think i hurt myself again
with love and all that has been
Like a sharpened knife,
piercing through this heart of mine

And then i began to think
If the love we have was meant to be
I just wanted you to be free
So we can start a new we

Now i let you go
Seeing you sailing away from the shore
Now i will only see
this tears thats falling down on me

Now I see you no more
But with all my hope

This poem was 4 a girl named Rachel.Hope she is happy with that other guy.
