The Love Barrier



I have placed a line between
My friend and me today
The line of love was hard to do
To keep my love at bay

I had to place this obstacle
Of mind and thought and fear
Cos I'm afraid of hurful mess
Should I become so near

She may not understand this line
I've placed between us now
But I have come to realise
She isnt all that wow
