The Meadow Poem by James Long II

The Meadow

Flecks of sunlight
Scattered across the dancing surface of a stream
her laughter wove through the trees, keeping time with ancient melodies
Warm, against his cool mind
He was drawn, closer
still
Turns the sky
A single Breath
