The Meat Man's Dilemma Poem by Sage Zyrodak

The Meat Man's Dilemma

With perfect cleaving
Chump chops or cutlets
Layers of prime pork remembered.

Customers waiting
Attention to detail
This profusion of beef perfection resembled.

Spliced with bones showing
Through pink pork ribbons
Rashers so neat as no fingers had trembled.

Give me steak and black pudding
Such generous portions
The knuckle's a tough one and yet it was cudgelled.

Cross cuts and ribs still showing
Resplendent ham in hearty chunks
But which to choose for eaters assembled?
