The Misguided Poem by Rick Elpers

The Misguided

That death is a release to god
Where do they reconcile
Killing innocents unknown
To assuage their philosophy
Misguided, egocentric, born
Out of hate desiring to dominate
Those apparently weaker
Yet not realizing their folly
They persevere holding to false
Reward. Foolish in their efforts
That God will show them
when it's too late.
