The Moon Poem by Swati Pradhan

The Moon

The beauty of the moon
That hides a lot of scars,
Peeping through the clouds
Trying to steal a glance.

I perceived the moon
While resting on his lap,
Gazing up at the sky
I could see the moonlight
Adorning his pretty face.

The moon showered it's ecstatic light,
It was the brightest light of the night,
And with him it just felt right.
