The sky is so dark,
As I watch it at night,
I hear a small bark,
And view a bar fight.
The stars glimmer brightly,
Closing in on the moon,
I see daylight slightly,
As for the sun will come soon.
An owl is hooting,
A nearby tree shakes,
A gang starts polluting,
But they see no mistake.
The sky is still dull,
As the stars fade away,
I see a dry skull,
As it becomes almost day.
A deer crosses the road,
Headlights flash on its face,
The car is then slowed,
But the deer stays in place.
The sun passes the mountain,
Shining bright in my eyes,
The light flows like a fountain,
It's the moon in disguise.
